Which shipping options do you offer?
All orders will be shipped via the Registered Mail option from the Dutch Postal service. This means that all orders are insured and traceable. If for any reason you wish to have your order sent via a non-traceable and non-insured option let us know by email and we can easily accommodate that. However, please bear in mind that we will not be held responsible for losses or damages of parcels sent by normal mail.
What are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are different depending on whether orders are sent to The Netherlands, to another member of the European Union, or to the Rest of the World. Find below the exact costs depending on weight and area:

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular paypal account payments all through PayPal. Additionally you can pay via the good old school bank transfer by simply choosing that option when you check out and following the instructions.
What taxes and duties should I expect?
All orders within the Netherlands and European Union countries are subject to the 21% dutch VAT. Countries from the Rest of the World will be exempt from paying VAT but might be subject to import taxes, VAT charges or other fees and regulations from their homeland.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. If something is not right, let us know. However, keep in mind that the shipping fees outlined above will be applied to exchange orders. We are unable to offer free shipping for new orders and exchanges. Additionally, we will only refund or exchange an item if it gets back to us in perfect condition and it has not been used in any way.
And how do I return or exchange an item?
All returns and exchanges must be sent, via a traceable and prepaid method, to our address shown below. Please note that PARKARMA is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. PARKARMA is also not responsible for the shipping costs derived either from having the goods sent back to Amsterdam and, if applicable, sending the exchange item back to you. We will, once we receive your package, promptly exchange or refund the cost of the items as you instruct. All orders are refunded in EURO to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase. Please remember to include the receipt and allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your credit to appear on your billing statement.

You may also return merchandise you ordered online with us to our shop personally. But please notice that we will not be able to refund your order in the shop only exchange it.Do you accept wholesale orders?
